Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in handling merchandise carefully, can be on their feet for extended periods, and understands the importance of maintaining product integrity-especially when working with delicate and expensive gaming equipment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
Prepare outgoing shipments including packing, wrapping, and labeling of products
Handle and move large and fragile items such as Electronic Gaming Machines with extreme care
Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock organization
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Requirements:
High attention to detail and commitment to careful handling of products
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10-12 hour shifts
Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
Experience handling fragile or high-value items is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

· Reads and understands all tasks and reviews Job Safety Analysis.
· Follows instructions as to all other tasks that supervisor requires. Asks questions when in doubt.
· Always works in a safe manner to avoid injuries.
· Frequent heavy lifting requires the use of good lifting techniques. Back braces can be provided upon request.
· Perform all tasks in a manner by which our customers are receiving top quality, well presented products with no damages.
· Identify quality issues and remove inferior products from production line.
· Maintain proper manner of workmanship to avoid the manufacture of materials not meeting quality standard.

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Pallet Sorter is responsible for ensuring pallets meet PLA standards and production goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Safely removing lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets.
Manually sorting pallets by hand in a neat and orderly fashion based on type criteria (e.g., color, manufacturer) and condition criteria (e.g., amount/extent of damaged or missing boards, raised or exposed nails, missing blocks).
Inspecting pallets thoroughly while sorting to ensure all quality criteria are met.
