Essential Functions

· Responsible for effective continuous operation and change-over of pizza production line.
· Must be versatile to work between the crust and boxing end of the production line which may include laying pizza crust on the line, stacking pizzas and/or packing pizzas in boxes.
· Be able to keep track of inventories, counts of ingredients and finished products.
· Check and communicate code dates to other workers.
· Timely notification to Maintenance and Supervision of equipment problems.
· Notify Supervision of actual or potential problems.
· Must be able to follow verbal instructions from Supervision.
· Responsible for complying with GMP's, maintaining proper sanitation and housekeeping in area.
· Responsible for use of required safety equipment and complying with proper safety procedures.
· Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. regularly and handle wood pallets up to 70lbs. occasionally.
· Be able to rotate to various jobs on Pizza line which may include frequent bending, twisting, lifting.
· Other duties as may be assigned by Management or volunteered for.
· Must be able to stand up to 10 hours per day

About The Opportunity
The General Laborer will assist the operators at various machine centers throughout the plant during the shift and fill in for partner coverage when they are out due to illness, a leave of absence or on vacation.
The General Laborer will operate a variety of machines, including flexographic press, die-cutters, slitters, folder-gluers, corrugator, etc. Job tasks may include, but not limited to: collating, stripping, bundling, handwork and pack outs. In addition, the general labor will be required to follow the customer specifications on the shop card to complete accurate counts on work in process. They will assist in setting up and cleaning of equipment. They will be responsible for completing thorough quality checks of product and fill out required paperwork timely and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
* Ability to work 8-12 hours in high temperatures exceeding 90 degrees.
* Ability to stand on your feet between 8-12 hours.
* Ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb and reach.

Manufacturing Labour Job In Random Lake, WI
Responsible for bundling, handling and stacking of printed product.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Build neat tight bundles and organized skids
Operation of sheets and restack products on skids.
Learn to fill out skid tags and load tags.
Inspect sheets in stacker for marking, hickeys, wrinkles, dry-ups, bad cut-off and write the current count. These press pulls need to be taken 4 times an hour, signed and dated and put in the box located by the stacker machine. These pulls must be taken from the stacker machine and not off the belts.
When SAMPLES are being pulled, the Stacker is responsible to take 2 pulls and must inspect them for any defects. If defects are found, he or she should immediately tell the lead press operator. After inspecting the samples, sign and date them and put them in the box located by the stacker machine.
Assist the First Press Operator on maintenance days with cleaning and other assigned tasks.
Learn and understand webbing up.
Learn to assist in plate and blanket installation.
Keep work area clean and orderly.
Any other duties requested by First Press Operator or Supervisor.
Follow all required Safety Procedures such as: required PPE, Ergonomics, Chemical Hazards, etc.
Perform job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees
Prompt and regular attendance.

About The Opportunity
The General Laborer will assist the operators at various machine centers throughout the plant during the shift and fill in for partner coverage when they are out due to illness, a leave of absence or on vacation.The General Laborer will operate a variety of machines, including flexographic press, die-cutters, slitters, folder-gluers, corrugator, etc. Job tasks may include, but not limited to: collating, stripping, bundling, handwork and pack outs. In addition, the general labor will be required to follow the customer specifications on the shop card to complete accurate counts on work in process. They will assist in setting up and cleaning of equipment. They will be responsible for completing thorough quality checks of product and fill out required paperwork timely and efficiently.Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Ability to work 8-12 hours in high temperatures exceeding 90 degrees.
Ability to stand on your feet between 8-12 hours.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb and reach.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Work hours, compensation & benefits:
The starting wage for this position is $25.24/hour with opportunities to train in other positions paying up to $30/hour.
This position rotates on an 8-hour shift, working Monday - Friday, rotating weekly between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
