POSITION SUMMARY We're seeking dedicated Production Team Members to join our growing modular home manufacturing operation. As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in crafting high-quality homes using innovative construction methods, all within a clean, climate-controlled facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute production tasks following standardized work and quality specifications. * Work in various production areas such as framing, electrical, plumbing, sheathing, saw operations, finishing, and more. * Maintain daily production pace and perform quality checks at each workstation o ensure work meets company standards and building codes. * Follow all safety procedures and maintain organized, 5S-compliant work areas. * Report production issues or material shortages promptly to your Team Leader. * Work collaboratively with team members, support new employees, and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment. * Participate in cross-training, lean manufacturing initiatives, and team improvement projects.
