About the Role:
The General Labor role at the Carrollton location provides support to the Production team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production and other operational needs. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
* Adhere to good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination.
* Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA and all other regulatory agencies.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd shift, which operates from 10:00p to 6:30a Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Shift differential included.

Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
· Lifts and carries materials and tools throughout work areas using appropriate equipment.
· Will use hand tools such as the hammer, sledgehammer, wrench, pliers to accomplish daily tasks.

Shifts start at 5am and typically run through 3:30pm on average (10hr shift) with an average high of 5:30pm (12hr shift) through Friday and occasional Saturdays to 8-10hrs when scheduled.
Work Environment
· Able to work with dust and outside environment conditions (Hot/Cold/outside/dusty environment conditions, rain, wind, etc.)
· Use to wearing earplugs and other PPE - such as hard hat, steel-toes boots, gloves, and safety glasses as required.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
· Standing, walking, and stooping throughout the shift (able to squat, crawl, climb, reach, carry, push, pull and stand)
