Job Description The Rework General Laborer will be required to handle HVAC boxes on pallets, unpacking and applying specific labels and stickers, and repacking for return to pallet. This project requires careful handling of the HVAC units and attention to detail. There are approximately 29,000 boxes to rework. Each box takes 15 mins or less to complete. There are multiple different types of HVAC units which will require different methods of unpacking and labeling. Responsibilities: Remove boxes from pallets. Open each box. Apply labels and/or stickers directly to the product. Repack the boxes and place them back on pallets. Hand tools will be used Work must be performed with care to avoid damage to product packaging or items. Qualifications: Workers must have experience in light industrial or warehouse tasks. All personnel must demonstrate care and diligence in handling the product. Vendor must ensure compliance with all relevant labor and safety regulations. Shift: 1st Shift : Mon- Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Our Material Handling Laborer is responsible for using a forklift, electric pallet jack, and/or other power equipment to load, unload, move, stack, stage and count pallets and materials. Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and storing as required. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Load/Unload material and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places. Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Responsible for labeling of proper product containers. Responsible for adding topping to products in a safe and productive manner. Responsible for cleaning any equipment needed for the process prior to that day's production and for recleaning after the process is finished as stated in the SSOP's for that room. Must be able to read and understand product schedule. Must relate any problems such as ingredient, mechanical, product appearance, or any other mishaps to the Production Supervisor immediately. Complete work in a timely fashion while maintaining the quality of the product. Assure product for your line and equipment are protected if other lines are cleaning. Assure that the containers you are labeling into are clean. Must be able to read and understand a scale. Label verification with QC Tech and Production Supervisor. Help monitor product weight throughout run.Notify Production Supervisor if there is a problem Follow all GMP's and SSOP's for that work area. Inform the company in case of absence or late arrival. While all operations are ongoing, laborers will have the capabilities to learn other positions such as dredge operator or equipment operator to improve their skills which will lead to promotions in positions. * Once dredging operations are complete, the laborers will assist in cleaning all equipment, disassembling all equipment, loading all equipment, and doing final clean ups to restore the customer site.
