Job DescriptionDescription: The 2nd Shift Yard Laborer (Noon-9pm, Mon-Fri with some weekend work as well) plays a key role in supporting Beacon Recycling's daily operations by assisting with vehicle fluid recovery, metal processing, material handling, and scale buying coverage. This position requires a high level of adaptability, a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drain fluids from end-of-life vehicles in a safe and environmentally responsible manner Shear oversized metal using equipment provided Assist with yard and facility cleanup using a skid steer and other equipment Provide break and lunch coverage for Scale Buyers in the peddler barn Assist Scale Buyers during peak times to keep operations running smoothly Operate forklifts and skid steers Keep yard areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Working Conditions This role is carried out primarily outdoors. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Requirements: Education High School Diploma or equivalent Work Experience Forklift and Skid Steer operation Some prior experience in a scrap yard, recycling facility, or equipment operation is a plus Skills and Knowledge Ability to work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions Willingness to get dirty and perform physically demanding tasks Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to lift, bend, squat, stand, and walk for long periods Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to lift 25lbs frequently and up to 80lbs if necessary

Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator - Cardboard Manufacturing Schedule: 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday Pay: $17/hr Job Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and adjust cardboard manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production. Load raw materials and remove finished products from equipment. Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards. Troubleshoot and report mechanical issues to maintenance as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines. Complete production logs and documentation accurately. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Qualifications: Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing preferred (training provided). Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
