Mask parts following job instructions
Load/unload drying racks and paint booths
Label and pack parts for shipping or kitting
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and shop travelers
Industrial Paint Prep Technician
Prepares parts for aerospace-grade wet spray painting
Follows paint prep procedures to meet strict industry standards
Works closely with painting and quality teams to ensure accuracy
Requires strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Press Brake Operator
Set up, load, and operate CNC press brake machines
Follow blueprints and job travelers to fabricate metal components
Perform basic maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with supervisors and QC on quality output

+ Will be assisting with set up of new sports dome. Will be lined up and helping pull the dome sections across the field, then "zips" them together with simple mechanical plates
+ Then secure the rope edge of the dome sections in the grade beam with 2x4 boards, lay the cables across the dome once it's plated and then inflate
+ Perform general site clean-up
+ Move, load, or unload materials
+ Assist in light construction if necessary
+ Remove debris and trash from work site
+ Some specialized tasks may require on-the-job training
+ Use equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely strip forms with an overhead crane.
Safely clean forms with hand tools.
Read and understand shop drawings.
Prepare and install rebar or reinforcing wire.
Pour and finish concrete in forms according to quality control standards.
Ensuring tools and work areas are maintain and clear of hazards during the day and at the end of each shift.
Material movement such as carrying and replacing parts.
Finish product in an attractive manner free of cracks and imperfections.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 35-50 lbs.
Manual dexterity and the ability to work in an industrial plant environment.
Physically capable of heavy concrete construction for a sustained period of 8-10 hours per day.
Indoor and outdoor work, Monday through Friday, with some overtime work required including some Saturdays.
Required to wear a hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses while working in our plant and/or in the yard.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Perform assigned duties in the manufacture of various work in process and finished products in designated areas with competence. To perform all rate 2 stock, catch, blend assist when needed, push racks and perform all rate 1 jobs. Assist as necessary to insure production flow producing an acceptable finished product.
Shifts (must be available for both and will be determined after hired for daily needs)
• Days: 5:30am-6:30am starts- (shift 4-12 hours)
• Afternoons: 2:30pm/3:30pm starts- (shift 4-12 hours)
(Have to check schedule daily as it could vary by 5-10 minutes.)
Pay:
• $10/hour; temp- to-hire after 45 days
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• To properly place ingredients into containers.
• Push racks from blancher room to line or blending area.
• Mark racks with correct time when full with ingredients.
• To fill in or assist on unskilled jobs when necessary.
• Requires continuous attention to changes in machinery or operational procedures.
• Must communicate with others to insure proper production flow to avoid line downtime and waste and to reduce and eliminate rework.
• Must communicate with appropriate personnel to insure quality of finished product.
• Job tasks will be performed in a professional manner and oriented to prevent the disruption of the production line.
• Must follow good manufacturing practices.
• Participate/support the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) and assist in corrective actions.

• Perform job duties in a safe manner, following all safety rules
