Carolina Precision Fibers is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team Key Responsibilities: Machine Operator Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to company standards. Ensure machinery is running smoothly and report any issues to supervisors. Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during operation. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist with loading/unloading materials into machines as needed. Forklift / Bobcat Operator Safely operate forklifts or bobcats to move, load, and unload materials. Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility. Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs. Support production teams by ensuring consistent material flow. Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards. Qualifications Must have 1-2 years of experience operating machinery. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous machine operating or forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Forklift certification is a plus; training can be provided.
