Develop strong working relationships with casting supplier technical teams. Partner with suppliers to identify and implement corrective actions to eliminate the cause and prevent recurrence. Act as a change agent to advance world-class performance and standard work across the supply base. Own supplier technical relationships; mentor suppliers on GE Aerospace processes, specifications, and methods; ensure compliance and capability. Lead cross-functional problem solving, to identify true root cause and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. Improve manufacturability through design-for-casting, specification clarity, and process capability improvements.
