Qualified candidates will have:

The Digital Manufacturing Manager will act as a thought leader to develop strategic project roadmap and prepare the financial planning of smart factory capital expenditures. Lead the management and communication of project objectives to ensure successful technical and financial execution; work with leadership to identify objectives and to acquire funding; develop key suppliers that enable project execution. In this role, the candidate will be technically capable to drive industry standards and set guidelines for electrical controls, communication networks, system software stack, and application development. This includes providing leadership, analysis, design of the technical architecture, and facilitation of external system integrators to implement projects globally.

The candidate will actively lead the research of emerging technologies and usage in the industry to build future competitive advantage for Pentair's manufacturing processes. The individual will partner with site operations & engineering managers (and teams), along with close relationships to corporate IT, network infrastructure, cyber security, and the Global technology center (India) for customized application development where applicable.

The manager is required to be a strategic thinker with solid analytical, verbal communication, and presentation skills that can be used to influence and align CAPEX project pipeline.
You will:
