Scope of the Role:
This role will lead the formation of the company's sportsbook client vision & strategy, and its delivery across all key areas to achieve a best-in-class sportsbook for the company's partners. The role will be responsible for overseeing best practices within the product team, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team. Will be required to manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure the client vision is always aligned with changing business goals and needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and delivery of the vision & strategy for the company's Sportsbook client

You'll own positioning and messaging for Gamma's AI-powered product portfolio, translating complex capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Vice President, Infrastructure, the Director of Design and Manufacturing is responsible for leading and directing Access TeleCare's productmanagement for hardware-focused projects and managing the end-to-end supply chain for hardware products including planning, sourcing, production, and delivery. The Director of Design and Manufacturing is responsible for efficient and timely delivery while optimizing the supply chain for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
What You'll Do
Lead and direct the full product lifecycle for hardware projects, from concept to delivery
Collaborate with product development and software engineering teams to define hardware specifications, development timelines, and product release schedules
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for hardware products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
Track product milestones and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of hardware products
Oversee product documentation, quality standards, and post-launch support
Oversee and manage the entire supply chain for hardware products, from sourcing and procurement to production, quality control, and distribution
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective deliver
Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and fulfillment schedules
Implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks, such as delays, shortages, or quality issues, and proactively solve problems that may arise
Analyze supply chain data to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
Work closely with the software engineering team to understand product requirements and ensure feasibility in the context of both hardware design and potential supply chain constraints
Communicate regularly with clinical, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align on product launches, market feedback, and customer needs
Identify and address potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies across teams, facilitating effective solutions to maintain project momentum
Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including vendor disruptions, regulatory compliance issues, and production delay
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline product delivery processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall product quality
Lead and implement sustainability initiatives within the supply chain and productmanagement process, aiming for environmentally friendly sourcing and manufacturing practices
Provide direct supervision of staff, including assignment of work tasks, coaching and general performance management
Coach, develop and mentor direct reports with an emphasis on building career paths for professional growth.
Administer progressive discipline, including corrective action, when necessary, to ensure high levels of job performance and compliance with company policy.
Conduct formal performance appraisals for all direct reports and develops action plans for continued development and performance improvement.
Manages payroll activities for direct reports to include timekeeping, approval for time off requests, and other administrative functions.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
At least 7 years of related work experience
At least 5 years of experience in managingmanufacturing and supply chain within the healthcare hardware industry
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare hardware productmanagement
Proven understanding of hardware development processes and ability to manage cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering complex hardware products on time and within budget
Deep experience with delivering product in a healthcare setting with an emphasis on acute care medicine and remote patient care is preferred
Experience with supply chain management and international logistics
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and agile productmanagement methodologies
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP, supply chain management software) and tools for product lifecycle management (e.g., PDM, PLM systems)
Experience with inventory management using the Salesforce platform preferred

Preference is for candidate to be local to the Dallas area, but remote work opportunities are an option

About the Role:
As Manager, Quality and Manufacturing, you will own both quality engineering and manufacturing engineering functions for our hardware products. You will ensure production readiness, product quality, process capability, and smooth issue resolution from prototype through mass production.
Reporting into our Senior Director, Product and Manufacturing Operations, you will collaborate closely with suppliers, engineering, program management, and operations teams. You will create the structure, tools, and processes that enable consistent, high-quality manufacturing outcomes.
Responsibilities
Validate manufacturing readiness for NPI builds, including tools, fixtures, process flow, and documentation
Partner with engineering teams on DFM and DFA reviews, qualification testing, and readiness milestones
Create and maintain quality control plans across IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes
Define and implement manufacturing process controls, test requirements, and build validation plan
Lead structured root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone methodologies
Drive corrective and preventive actions and verify long-term effectiveness
Conduct line audits, capability studies (Cp and Cpk), and SPC monitoring to assess process health
Monitor yields, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement across production lines
Assess supplier capability and lead onsite production reviews and factory evaluations
Define incoming inspection criteria, sampling plans, and supplier quality alignment
Maintain detailed build documentation, quality dashboards, and audit reports
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related hardware-focused discipline
Hands-on experience with production lines, fixtures, test equipment, and hardware manufacturing processes
Strong understanding of quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, PFMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma
Proven experience leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers, preferably in Asia
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret yield trends, SPC data, capability studies, and defect data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations
Experience supporting NPI builds and high-volume product ramp is preferred
Familiarity with reliability testing and environmental qualification is preferred
Knowledge of hardware system integration spanning mechanical and electrical components is preferred
Experience with DOE, process optimization, or Lean Manufacturing is preferred
Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level.
