As a part of O-I's Manufacturing Graduate Development Program (GDP), you will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the glass business. Our 18 month rotational program will prepare you for a successful and long-lasting career within our manufacturing areas. During the GDP experience, you will spend your first four to six months getting exposure to various roles and operating procedures within a glass manufacturing facility.
