The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience. The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines. TM performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building. The TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on-time. The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably. All other duties are based on business needs. Qualifications & Competencies: At least 18 years old. High School Diploma/Equivalent.
