The Team You'll Work With As a Production Teammate, you'll be an essential part of our Spokane manufacturing team, directly contributing to the creation of the world's most beautiful and sustainable tile. This hands-on role involves mastering various stages of our production process, from raw material preparation to glazing and packaging, all while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. The opportunities you will have Crafting Tile: Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tile and glazes, operate production machinery, and perform intricate assembly tasks. Quality & Inspection: Sort, lift, catch, and safely package finished tile, conducting thorough quality checks to ensure our products meet Fireclay's signature quality standards. Inventory & Organization: Assist with pulling and organizing materials for various departments (Glaze, Mosaics, Hand Painting). Work with the Department of Public Safety to ensure patients are following social distancing and face masks and assist in the enforcement of policies. Utilizes conflict resolution skills to deescalate the situation or person, involving management when necessary.
