Key Responsibilities:
Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to inbound shipments from Korea
Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Schedule truck pickups/deliveries and track associated logistics and transportation costs
Process shipments through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers
Manage inventory and purchasing of warehouse and office supplies (e.g., shipping boxes, stretch wrap, sealing tape, printer ink, stationery)
Monitor supply levels, track usage, and reorder materials as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
Support invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and basic reporting related to warehouse operations
Participate in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the logistics workflow
Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is properly filed and organized (e.g., BOLs, packing slips, invoices)
