The Chicago Stars FC Star Squad will work with the Match Presentation department on match days to assist with executing all on-field production and entertainment during Chicago Stars FC home matches. This is an hourly, seasonal, paid position. Star Squad teammembers must work at least 12 of the 15 Chicago Stars FC home matches at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium in Evanston.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Represent Chicago Stars FC in a professional, enthusiastic, and positive manner at Chicago Stars home matches.
- Must demonstrate excellent tact, discretion, maturity, and judgment skills.
- Coordinate and execute on-field activations for all Chicago Stars FC matches.
- Participate and activate in-game promotions including sponsor elements, giveaways, t-shirt tosses, fan/crowd interaction, etc.
- Work with in-stadium talent such as Hosts, DJ's, performers, etc.
- Assist with on-field experience activities/groups during pregame and halftime.
- Act as Brand Ambassador to create a memorable experience for everyone at Chicago Stars home matches.
- Responsible for set-up tear down and rehearsal of all match-presentation elements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work at least 13 of the 15 home matches during the 2025 season.
- Must be able to undertake a combination of walking, standing, or moving throughout matches.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Must be a team player who demonstrates initiative and can solve problems collaboratively.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort utilizing communications devices to share information.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to/from Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium in Evanston IL.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, the TeamMember provides front-line service to Sbarro guests in an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, clean and safe manner. CPR/AED certified or obtain within one (1) year of employment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to: frequently sit for long periods of time, with repetitive use of hands/arms such as when using a computer and occasionally move items such as boxes of catalogues, bags of sports equipment, etc. weighing up to 25 lbs.
ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
This position must be able to handle all weather conditions while traveling between facilities and work frequently in an office environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
HOURS
Monday - 4:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
SALARY
$15.00-$17.00 per hour
SALARY RANGE
Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum
$15.00 - $18.75 - $22.50
