Job Components: Accurately process system and manual transactions (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship) Handle all product per the warehouse standards (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship) Recondition, charge and refurbish used batteries Properly wrap and tag pallets (for transfer, pick, pack, ship) Load and unload trucks safely Follow all Environmental Health and Safety rules and policies General warehousing duties (such as restocking shelves and housekeeping of assigned areas) Interact professionally with all stakeholders including team members, managers and customers. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management, including assisting customers and serving as back-up for delivery drivers Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: High school graduate (or equivalent) Able to read, write and compute basic math Excellent communication skills required Minimum of one year experience in warehouse operations preferred Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems required. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Ability to multi-task, quickly transitioning from one function/task to the next. Demonstrates good organizational skills and can prioritize tasks Works with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Approaches tasks with a sense of urgency Must work effectively in a team environment Able to work overtime if requested. Be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Valid CDL or Class 4 Hawaii driver's license. Must be able to maintain a DOT medical card.
