Job Overview
The Operations TeamMember, reporting into the Operations Care Center Manager, is responsible for various activities ranging from operation of the retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items and processing and packaging cremated remains. The position works with a close-knit team within a care center.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform a variety of daily duties such as; operating the retort, creating, and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items, quality control, and processing and packaging cremated remains or what may be required from the TeamMember from time-to-time.
Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence.
Monitor equipment to ensure the process is working properly, making adjustments as needed and submits maintenance requests.
Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and maintain equipment used in cremation procedures such as machines that grind bones into powder.
Follow safety procedures to protect themselves and others from exposure to hazardous materials or dust particles.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:

Job Responsibilities:
Perform duties assigned by the Foreman.
Safely drive trucks and materials to job sites.
Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation and other tasks onsite.
Assist with equipment maintenance and operation.
Job site cleanup at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly secure.
Learn machinery and tools used in installation of materials.
Willingness to learn drilling procedures and skills on-site.
Assist other crew members to complete projects.
Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team.
Ask questions for more active learning and a better understanding of tasks.
Complete safety trainings as assigned.
Required Skills:
Texas Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with Tanker endorsement - and acceptable MVR- REQUIRED.
Ability to drive manual transmission trucks - REQUIRED.
Knowledge of commonly used tools.
Experience working in a construction/drilling crew.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Able to pass drug and background screening.
Able to travel and work out of town for up to 3 weeks at a time.

Job Description
Perform assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to our customers meeting Papa John's standards. Comply with Papa John's uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual, Cross-Training Guidebook, TeamMember Handbook, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do.
Work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Enhance the company's image by complying with uniform and appearance standards. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Accurately use the PROFIT System, process cash, check, and/or credit card transactions. Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order. Protect the company's assets by maintaining organized, safe, and clean work areas; comply with safety and security standards at all times.

Additional Information
Must be 16 years of age or older to perform the following duties at Papa John's: pizza loading, oven tending, pizza cutting, dough docking, dishwashing
Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
At time of hire, the expectation is that this teammember will work fewer than 30 hours per week in a peak time, part-time, and occasional capacity
Have a reasonable degree of schedule flexibility
If cross-trained as a delivery driver, must have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the teammember works, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle
Bilingual in certain markets
