Operates, cleans, and maintains standard kitchen equipment; complies with kitchen sanitation rules and procedures. Also, maintains coffee and other beverage preparation and service, bakery items preparation and service, customer self-serve areas, condiment counter, and front-of-house areas, lighting, sound, and video displays. Greets customers courteously and demonstrates knowledge and awareness of the entire line of SAMBAZON products. Takes orders and requests from customers. Treats the customers with the best customer service practices. If there are complaints, escalate to the Manager or Person in Charge (PIC) for better resolution. Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift. Each Cashier is responsible for their own cash drawer and is responsible for any losses. Meets schedules and timelines. Understands and follows written or oral directions. Maintains records.
