Key Responsibilities: Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to inbound shipments from Korea Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Schedule truck pickups/deliveries and track associated logistics and transportation costs Process shipments through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers Manage inventory and purchasing of warehouse and office supplies (e.g., shipping boxes, stretch wrap, sealing tape, printer ink, stationery) Monitor supply levels, track usage, and reorder materials as needed Perform data entry and maintain accurate logistics and inventory records Support invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and basic reporting related to warehouse operations Participate in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the logistics workflow Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is properly filed and organized (e.g., BOLs, packing slips, invoices) Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics and warehouse team Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, purchasing) to facilitate smooth inventory flow Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in logistics or warehouse administration is preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws Korean/English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.
