Technical trade schools highly desired. 2 years+ of experience in the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades preferred Demonstrated efficiency in use of hand tools, power tools, powered lift trucks and platform scissor-lifts preferred Knowledge of electrical and mechanical concepts Good written and oral communication skills; strong team player Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft products and data collection spreadsheets Self Directed and ability to work with minimal supervision.
