Conduct Vehicle Buy-Off (VBO) inspections and audits to verify quality compliance at upfitter and production sites. Support deployment of the Harbinger Quality Operating System (HQOS) to enhance reliability, serviceability, and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track field quality and vehicle reliability performance. Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback drives continuous improvement across production, engineering, and supply chain. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in customer-facing quality roles within the automotive, commercial vehicle, or EV industries. Proven ability to manage field quality issues. Skilled in root cause analysis, 8D, and reliability data analysis for continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Willing to travel extensively (50-75%) to Upfitter sites. Preferred: Experience with last-mile delivery fleets, EV systems, telematics, remote diagnostics, and new vehicle launches.
