Install and align formed coils or random coils into slots of stators, rotors or armatures. Insert copper coils in the stator with appropriate methods. Make connections (brazing and soldering). Complete varnish, bake and dip processes. Assemble, test and complete required paperwork/reports. Perform surge test, hi-pot megger, DLRO tests. Troubleshoot various electric motors to determine cause of failure. Perform other duties as required and assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Electro-mechanical background preferred but will train a serious candidate. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform basic math skills, addition and subtraction. Strong attention to detail. Self-starter with strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
