Responsibilities:
Maintain cGMP and safety training to site requirements

Stage materials for operations, handling products with restricted time out of environment requirements
Set-up, operate, disassemble and clean area equipment
Perform and document de-packaging, packaging, labeling and sampling activities
Report potential quality events, non-conformance to GMPs/SOPs when observed
Ensures that each component or bulk material used in label production is properly identified, not expired, verified throughout processing and corresponds to the written information on the work order before proceeding to the next step.
Print, inspect, proof, and perform accountability for clinical product labels.
Process labeling/packaging batch paperwork according to GMP/GDP.
Verifies before use that equipment calibration date has not been exceeded.
Maintain label inventory.
Carries out all the appropriate periodic quality inspections during the printing process to ensure the integrity.
Clean facility and equipment including cleaning of packaging rooms and general housekeeping and perform verification procedures
Stocking of PPEs, disinfectants, cleaning wipes and other consumables for the facility and packaging rooms
Physically capable to don and wear cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, and protective gloves. PPE are essential for the health and safety of employees
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
Must have 1-2 years working in GMP operations
Experience in Clinical Supply Packaging Operations preferred

Student employees will support the Theater & Dance department's productions, specifically in the areas of technical production, as required by a specific production's needs. Quality Technician
Penn United Technologies, Inc. has an immediate need for full-time Quality Technician to join our Plastic Injection Mold team at our Warminster, PA location. As a Quality Technician, you would be responsible for working with various manufacturing teams to achieve quality production and work to continually improve manufacturing processes to help ensure customer satisfaction.

Penn United Technologies currently employs over 650 people across all divisions of our employee-owned precision manufacturing company. Our Plastic Injection Molding team is located in Warminster, PA approximately an hour north of Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
Work with manufacturing technicians to achieve acceptable product, meet or exceed customer quality standards, goals and deliveries
Perform inspections and audits of materials and audit manufacturing processes
Utilize inspection tools such as micrometers, indicators, digital height gage and comparators as needed
Identify and report discrepancies with standard, placing all nonconforming product on hold
Create, maintain and file inspection logs and quality documents
Audit manufacturing technician inspection logs and SPC charts, verifying with product samples
Assist with or perform First Articles, Gage R&R and Capability Studies, etc.
Assist in training quality and manufacturing team to follow inspection procedures and in the use of inspection equipment
Maintain clean equipment and work area
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of blueprint reading and inspection techniques
High degree of accuracy, attention to details and deadlines
Strong reading, comprehension, math and problem-solving skills
Capable of completing application training on:
- Statistics/Statistical Process Control
- Measurement/inspection equipment
- Technical Math
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (dependent on job assignment)
Visual acuity (20/20 vision or corrective lenses)
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work well independently and cooperatively with teams
Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, able to effectively manage multiple tasks
Strong ability to professional communicate using verbal and written skills
Candidates must be able to work daylight shift, lift up to 40 lbs., and stand 8-10 hours per day
Education/Experience
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Desired: Experience with Smart Scopes and Quest machines
