Ability to stand for prolonged periods, reach overheard, twist and bend at the waist, climb ladders and stairs. Ability to lift and carry 30-40 lbs. , push up to 1,000 lbs. pounds, including team lifts and use of support devices (hand cart, pallet jacks, gondolas, etc. ) Must have full vision, including color vision. Ability and willingness to work any shift, including weekends and overtime. Machine Specialist Preferred Qualifications:*Please note, to be considered for the Specialist level position, you must meet all posted requirements above and below:Demonstrated advanced experience in machine operation including but not limited to adjustments, repairs and maintenance including preventative maintenance, and tooling change overs. Familiarity with automated system management including HMI, PLC systems, or CNC equipment. Experience operating mechanical equipment or heavy equipment such as hand trucks or forklifts. Hands on experience with diagnosis of machine issues and repair. Examples including but not limited to repairs and diagnostic experience with automotive, ATV's, small engine repair etc. Experience repairing manufacturing line equipment preferred. Experience with machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, saws, fabrication and/or blueprints. Ability to use measuring devices, micrometers, calipers. Location-Specific Requirements: This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U. S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
