Summary
The Satellite Operations Center Technician will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 satellite and network operations support. The Technician is part of a team that ensures the effective monitoring, control, and configuration of a global satellite communications network including forward deployed satellite earth terminals and embedded network communications equipment. The Technician will provide daily operational support for iDirect technologies hub and remote systems supporting global TDMA/IP networks. An integral part of the team, the Technician's tasking will include shift work including some weekends and holidays.
Primary & Essential Accountabilities
Continuously monitor network and satellite space segment performance to provide customer Tier 1 and Tier 2 support as required
Remotely troubleshoot VSAT systems via iDirect software
Resolve customer issues related to broadband IP communication via satellite transmission; support complex systems installations and startup at customer sites
Monitor iDirect TDMA equipment configurations and network performance, in real time, and report conditions and anomalies to the designated Team Lead
Prepare reports on network utilization, performance and activity as required
Open and track trouble tickets via Remedy as required to resolve network or remote terminal issues
Analyze and resolve end-user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end-user training where required
Monitor and test satellite network performance and provide satellite network performance statistics and reports
Assist in network design and capacity planning
Isolate and correct network faults using network management tools (iMonitor, iBuilder, and Solarwinds)
Manage service restoration activities and track/update trouble ticketing system (Remedy)
Provide status reports to customers and management personnel
Provide testing and implementation support of new software releases for deployed network equipment
Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree or higher preferred
At least 5 years of SATCOM experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
Experience managing and supporting iDirect Hub solutions, TCP/IP, general networking concepts, and strong knowledge of SATCOM/RF concepts
One year education or directly related experience in network operations center support duties
Security+ certification within 90 days of hire
Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility determination
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team-oriented environment

We are looking for a Pre-Production Tech that will support our Brooksville, FL operations. This position includes both Prepress and Proofing. For Prepress, the associate will create production-ready layouts for digital printers and other production-based machines utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Esko Automation, and various RIP Software. Understanding of production processes, digital printers, cutting machines, and other machines is expected. Prepress:

Properly utilize Esko Automation Engine and other standard processes to produce efficient layouts quickly.
Ensure the printer operators have all necessary information prior to printing.
Create digital cut files for digital cutting machines.

Possess a strong sense of organization.
Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple workflows and processes is a requirement.
Proofing:
Prepare sign proofs from existing templates for customer approval.
Design signage, recreate logos and vector artwork according to customer specifications utilizing Adobe applications and other design software.
When required, interact directly with customers via email, remote, or phone.
Work on internal projects as required, for example, SOPs, product redesigns, etc.
Work directly with Inside Sales to define product requirements and approve designs.

Your Skills and Expertise:

ROLE SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Technician I supports the day-to-day manufacturing operations through the conversion of raw materials into finished products at a medical cannabis facility. The Manufacturing Tech I is responsible for ensuring their work meets all quality and efficiency standards. The position will support the client's Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC), or designee, for construction services such as construction inspection, quality assurance, monitoring safety and environmental compliance and contract administration.
Major Responsibilities
Specific tasks for the CSET include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate Requests from Construction Contractor. Coordinate request from the construction Contractor for outage requests, excavation permits, burn permits, haul routes and other similar items. This will require liaison with the ROICC and appropriate base personnel (Security, Public Works, Fire Department etc.)
Coordinate field activities. CSET shall work with the construction contractor, Navy client customers, activity managers, maintenance and utility servers, Federal Fire departments, and Security Police so there is a seamless coordination of construction activities.
Attend Meetings (Pre-Construction, Safety, Contractor Quality Control, Partnering Meetings, and others) and Conferences - The CSET shall take notes, provide information to the ROICC or the ROICC's representative at the following meetings, conferences, and briefings.
Develop Quality Assurance Plans.
Prepare Construction Representatives Reports (CCRs)
The CSET shall assure that the quality control system of the Contractor is in compliance with contract documents and applicable documents. Prepare draft Contract Construction Compliance Notices (CCCNs) in cases where the CSET observed workmanship and/or materials not in compliance with construction contract documents/specifications or safety infractions.
The CSET shall take and provide the ROICC complete progress, record, special construction, and completion photographs.
Maintain Working Files. NAVFAC's Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System (eCMS) shall be used to manage electronic submittals and documents.
Minimum Education/Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager or Superintendent working for a General Contractor on NAVFAC or USACE projects, OR a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as a Foreman in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or concrete on commercial/industrial/military projects valued in excess of $5 million. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Journeyman in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or concrete. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
