Cut, route, assemble, fit, mask, abrade, clean and install components, segments, tubing, flanges and pads. Measure, mix and apply adhesives/resins. Check relative humidity according to established procedures. Check calibration of adhesives mixing/dispensing machine and prepare test samples as specified. 6. Assemble components and operate testing equipment to conduct various pressure, weight and tensile tests according to specifications. 7. Check work for conformance to specifications, repair defects and clean, mask and apply finishes to components according to established procedures. 8. Maintain tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. 9. Make proper time charge entries and record and maintain data as required. 10. Maintain in effect certifications for molding/mixing and applying adhesives and paints and take and pass periodic working and written tests. This is a Union represented position. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment focusing on assembly, disassembly, maintenance, repair, and rework.
