Key Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical systems, high-voltage motors, conveyors, food packaging machines, boilers, and more Perform preventive maintenance and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Maintain detailed repair and maintenance records and track failures using schematics Troubleshoot PLC, PC, HMI, and automated systems Program and adjust VFDs, sensors, and relays Ensure adherence to safety regulations (OSHA, FDA, GMP, NFPA70E) Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams on projects and process improvements Train operators and other personnel on equipment use Maintain 5S organization and cleanliness in work areas Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a facilities or maintenance technician 3+ years of experience in the food industry Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field Experience with high-voltage wiring, PLC troubleshooting, gearboxes, boilers, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems Fluency in English AND Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, kneeling, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting devices Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail Ability to work in a refrigerated, wet environment and extended shifts as needed Benefits: Holiday Pay & Paid Time Off Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life & Accident Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Ready to advance your career in a high-performance team?
