Specialty Process Technician
While reporting to the shift supervisor you will work in production for our tube and core division and be responsible for working in a quick and safe manner. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail.
What you'll be doing:
Fills a variety of roles in production operations as needed.
Sets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machinery.
Prepares, inspects, or measures materials.
Checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; performs finish work.
Packages, stores, and ships completed goods. Performs work under general supervision.

About The Job
Your job as a Packaging Technician for Opella Consumer Healthcare involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of diverse packaging machinery, from slat fillers to thermoformers and cappers. You'll be responsible for the equipment's set-up, cleaning, and maintenance, playing a vital part in our production process.
This is a 12hr Night Shift position. Hours are: 6:30pm - 7:00am
Main Responsibilities:
Use tools to efficiently disassemble and reassemble machinery as needed.
Prepare packaging lines for various products, ensuring components and equipment are set up correctly.
Provide packaging supplies and bulk products as required to maintain smooth operations.
Monitor product quality and reject any materials or packages not meeting FDA-cGMP standards.
Document and maintain proper fill levels according to product specifications.
Operate packaging lines following Set-Up Sheets, SPIs (Standard Packaging Instructions), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and other procedures.
Ensure a safe work environment, report any hazards, and continuously develop your skills to comply with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
About You
Education: You must have a High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Experience in manufacturing, production, including operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment, start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
Technical Competencies: You should be proficient in operating various packaging machinery and tools, including electric and manual lift trucks, tape machines, and equipment like fillers, cappers, labelers, and bundlers.
Physical Ability: You must be capable of lifting 25-60 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and demonstrating exceptional coordination, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude.
Special Requirements: You are required to comply with dress code regulations, be willing to undergo necessary training, and work in conditions with exposure to product, dust, grease, and packing machinery hazards.
Pre-employment Testing: You need to complete the required pre-employment testing.

About The Job
Your job as a Packaging Technician for Opella Consumer Healthcare involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of diverse packaging machinery, from slat fillers to thermoformers and cappers. You'll be responsible for the equipment's set-up, cleaning, and maintenance, playing a vital part in our production process.
This is a 2nd shift position. Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm- 12:30am
Main Responsibilities:
Use tools to efficiently disassemble and reassemble machinery as needed.
Prepare packaging lines for various products, ensuring components and equipment are set up correctly.
Provide packaging supplies and bulk products as required to maintain smooth operations.
Monitor product quality and reject any materials or packages not meeting FDA-cGMP standards.
Document and maintain proper fill levels according to product specifications.
Operate packaging lines following Set-Up Sheets, SPIs (Standard Packaging Instructions), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and other procedures.
Ensure a safe work environment, report any hazards, and continuously develop your skills to comply with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
About You
Education: You must have a High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Experience in manufacturing, production, including operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment, start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
Technical Competencies: You should be proficient in operating various packaging machinery and tools, including electric and manual lift trucks, tape machines, and equipment like fillers, cappers, labelers, and bundlers.
Physical Ability: You must be capable of lifting 25-60 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and demonstrating exceptional coordination, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude.

The Engineering Technician IV serves as a critical technical resource supporting the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Tennessee. This role provides field-based engineering assistance to NRCS staff across designated Area and Field Offices. Technicians are responsible for conducting engineering surveys, assisting with project implementation, performing construction inspections, and supporting documentation and compliance efforts. The position plays a vital role in advancing NRCS's conservation mission by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe execution of engineering tasks in diverse field environments
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engineering surveys and inspections for conservation projects
Assist with project documentation, implementation, and reporting
Operate and troubleshoot surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations)
Develop and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Maintain accurate construction diaries and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to NRCS specifications, OSHA safety standards, and environmental regulations
Travel to field sites and other NRCS offices across Tennessee as needed
Communicate effectively with NRCS staff, contractors, landowners, and regulatory personnel
Work Environment
Fieldwork in varied weather conditions and terrain
Exposure to construction sites, water bodies, agricultural areas, and CAFOs
Use of ATVs/UTVs after certification
Office-based tasks including data entry, reporting, and coordination
