We are seeing an experienced manufacturing technician who will be responsible for all aspects of building prototypes and production devices. The ideal candidate has experience in soldering and general assembly of medical devices. This position is full time, on-site in Danbury, CT.

•Maintain neat, orderly and clean work area to ensure efficiency and no safety hazards. Participate in safety programs, meetings, and trainings as required. Bring safety concerns to the attention of management. Understand the hazards associated with energy sources in the workplace.
•Meet all quality, quantity and good manufacturing practices to satisfy customer and Regulatory Affairs requirements. Read and/or understand operating procedures for specific products where training has been completed.
•Ensure first pieces at the beginning of each work order. Requisition of components. Collect and weigh returns at the end of an order. Implement line clearance to start a new order. Record documentation to labor sheets, check sheets, visual aids, production sheets, and work orders. Perform cleaning as specified. Audit work orders daily.
•Use proper equipment to transport finished goods to appropriate location.

Adecco Staffing is hiring for Production Operators on 1st Shift! This is a temp to hire role in South Grafton, MA.
Hours/Days: 7:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Thursday with optional OT on Fridays
Pay: $20.50/hr
The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products. This role ensures the extrusion process runs smoothly, monitors product quality, and performs routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate extrusion machines, adjusting settings based on product requirements.
Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments.
Perform regular quality checks and resolve minor operational issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with the team to ensure steady material flow.
Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in machine operation and maintenance is a plus
Proven experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate complex machinery
Knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and procedures

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
