Analyzes oil test results, using the CSI 5200 analyzer or similar instrument, in relation to design or rated specification, modifies or adjusts lubricant to meet correct specifications. Utilizes ultra-sound equipment following industries best practices when greasing bearings to prevent over and under greasing of bearings. Collects route vibration data using the CSI 2020 and 2140 vibration data collector or similar vibration analysis equipment.
