Your part in our story:
Production operators tend machines such as fillers, labelers, packaging, cappers, palletizers, etc. used for bottling water. They will operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while ensuring package and product quality.
Will perform basic machine operations to include; stacking raw material, handling finished product cases, performing quality inspections and minor machine adjustments.
Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and correct any disturbance in the flow of those goods.
Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean work area.
Expedites repairs to the line; working with maintenance as necessary.
Keeps daily records of down time and machine operations.
Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices.
Work 5am-5pm on a 2-2-3 shift schedule:
Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Job Summary
The role of the AM Lead Technician is to work in conjunction with the SLS and SLA Supervisors to manage workloads and priorities of the SLA and SLS departments. Read and interpret prints, specification sheets, and/or 3D files to determine machine setup
Perform intermediate to advanced AM programming
Perform intermediate operations of 3D printers for multiple technologies, including:
SLA/DLP - Perform build startups and vat swaps
SLS/MJF - Perform build startups, frame changes, and powder refills
FDM - Perform build startups, machine calibrations, and tip changes
Ability to troubleshoot issues with machines or part quality
Perform intermediate post processing and finishing techniques of completed parts
Track production progress using ERP system
Perform dimensional and visual inspection of parts per specifications using basic measuring equipment
Coordinate daily production needs with supervisor and assist in establishing production priorities
Identify and communicate production challenges or successes and workload status

Coordinate sampling activities and conduct inspection, and testing in a timely manner including, but not limited to testing moisture, conductivity, pH, purity screening, scoop delivery, dimensional parameters, package evaluation ingredient identity. Perform release of conforming incoming materials.
Prepares and sends samples to other internal and external laboratories. Maintains communication between external laboratories regarding status of testing, etc.
Completes cleaning and general maintenance of laboratory and work area.
Performs periodic maintenance and calibration of instrumentation and equipment.
Conducts internal and external analytical reporting by entry into SAP or other data sharing systems.
Monitors material and reagent inventory, orders and stocks laboratory supplies
Laboratory Quality Ambassador:

About the role.

The role of the AM Lead Technician is to work in conjunction with the SLS and SLA Supervisors to manage workloads and priorities of the SLA and SLS departments. Perform intermediate operations of 3D printers for multiple technologies, including:

FDM - Perform build startups, machine calibrations, and tip changes
Ability to troubleshoot issues with machines or part quality
Perform intermediate post processing and finishing techniques of completed parts
Track production progress using ERP system
