Product line owner for manufacturing/repairing of hardware Creation of DR's (Discrepancy Reports) and work with Engineering to Drive Closure on DR's Dispositioning of Hardware for Manufacturing per ESM & other approved documentation The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing engineer with 3+ years in regulated, high-mix aerospace production, who has proven success industrializing new products, improving OEE, and eliminating defects through data-driven problem solving and kaizen. They collaborate across Operations, Quality, Design, and Sourcing, mentor technicians and engineers, and reliably deliver SQDC outcomes by mastering process control, equipment qualification, and compliance (AS9100/NADCAP). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace, Materials, or related) or HSD/GED with 5 years of applicable experience 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment Proven experience with process development, equipment specification/validation, and production troubleshooting. Working knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA/Control Plans, SPC, and root cause/corrective action. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aerospace or other regulated industry; familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and special processes (e.g., machining, coatings, heat treat, composites, additive, assembly/test). Hands-on experience with automation/robotics, PLCs, sensors/vision systems, and MES/PLM/ERP (e.g., Solumina, Teamcenter, SAP). Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; ability to influence across functions and at all levels.
