You review the work order, set up your station, and dial in the equipment to meet exacting customer specs. Throughout the shift, you inspect incoming materials, load them onto the machines, and keep a close eye on quality-performing basic checks and testing finished goods and packaging prior to shipment. When something seems off, you pause the process, notify a lead or supervisor, and help troubleshoot.
