As a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician on the 3rd shift in our climate-controlled manufacturing area, you'll work with your own tool box (provided by IDEXX). Pay Rate: $22/hr | 6-Month Temp-to-Direct We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to play a key role in supporting production, quality, and engineering teams. In this hands-on position, you'll help drive new product launches, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure that customer requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: Support new product launches, from kickoff meetings to production release Coordinate with production to determine staffing and workflow needs Verify tooling, fixtures, and work instructions prior to production Measure and report actual vs. quoted production times Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes Evaluate existing assemblies for process improvements Assist in transferring production between facilities and ensure smooth transitions Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications Maintain safety and quality standards throughout all projects Qualifications: Associate's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) Strong computer and Excel skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with mechanical or electrical components in a manufacturing setting a plus Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM | Friday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM Type: Onsite | Occasional Overtime
