Installs assemblies in supportive framework according to blueprints, using hand tools, power tools, and lifting and handling devises. Able to pull models up in CATIA to flatten them out and create DXF files for the press break and router table. Able to operate the heat-treating furnace and oven. Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as calipers, scales, dial indicators, gauges, micrometers and Faro Arm. Flexibility to work various schedules and open to overtime. Education, Experience, Certification and/or Licensure: High School degree or equivalent required. Associate or trade school degree in sheet metals or equivalent education strongly preferred. Aircraft experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or production specifications. Strong oral and written communications.
