Description of Work This is an extended posting through April 18th, 2026, for Engineering Technician I positions in Division 4. Multiple Engineering Tech I positions will be filled from this posting. This position involves technical work supporting technicians and engineers in construction inspection, surveying, materials sampling, testing, erosion control, and construction traffic control. This position requires the performance of a wide variety of standardized and non- standardized tests and assignments in compiling, analyzing, computing, editing, and processing field data. This work involves limited decision making and use of judgment. The successful applicant must perform a full range of calculations and computations.
