As a Production Technician, you will complete and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages.
Position-Related Duties and Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing/production process.
Maintain accurate records and logs as required
Maintain equipment and area cleanliness to ensure compliance with all GMP standards.
Maintain proper safety conditions of the area including immediately correcting or reporting safety and quality issues to your supervisor.
Troubleshoot and correct machinery or quality problems.
Work an 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shift or required hours necessary to meet business requirements
Standard shift is 8 hours but must be able to work mandatory overtime as assigned per plant rules.
Must be able to lift 60lbs.
Standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching and stooping.

Job Summary:

Duties / Responsibilities:
* Build / repair belts and conveyor belt components
* Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting
* Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area, follows sales orders.
* Attention to detail.
* Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
* Pick up and deliver orders, stock, and supplies.
* Perform duties to fabricate, install and repair conveyor belting.
* Work in a manner that ensures the safety of everyone involved. Exercise proper care in the use of tools and equipment

Belt Shop Fabricator - Belt Technician Requirements:

The Production Technician supports the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards.

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Production Technician supports the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards.
