What You'll Do Operate and maintain the CMS to pour high-quality polyurethane climbing holds. Clean, service, and disassemble machine components on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules. Train teammates on machine use and help support LEAN and 5S shop standards. Track production data, adjust machine variables, and look for ways to improve workflow. Sand, drill, prep, weigh, and finish plastic parts with both hand and power tools. Assist with packing and shipping holds to ensure customers receive perfect product. Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow safety procedures and SOPs at all times. Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
