Primary duties will include performing structural building inspections and QA/QC tests (soils, masonry, reinforced concrete, structural steel, post-tensioning, fireproofing, etc.). Some travel may be required, and the position will be predominately field located.
For these positions the employees will be providing quality assurance/quality control testing and IBC special inspection duties for commercial, retail, educational, low to high-rise, manufacturing, etc. construction projects. Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as box markings, labels, schedules, safety rules, GMP's and general instructions.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing process and equipment
Previous operating experience preferred
Ability to work in a high paced environment
Reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to operate manual and motorized pallet jack and walkie stacker
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to pass job specific Physical Ability Test (PAT)
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours on concrete and/or metal grating.
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 60 lbs. on frequent basis.
Must be able to bend/stoop/squat/twist, kneel and turn throughout workday for varying lengths of time.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms below shoulder level to above shoulder level
Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 40-47 degrees Fahrenheit
Must be able to squat and/or kneel and to bend on frequent basis
Must be able to climb stairs
Requires climbing, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, lifting and other physical movements to perform job.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
