This role involves collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment and process issues, maintaining equipment, and updating process documentation. The technician will also support engineers in project development by building or procuring test equipment and conducting tests, including process validations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and revise production documentation, such as travelers, routings, drawings, work and inspection instructions, and BOMs, ensuring the availability of accurate information for quality product assembly. Assist in improving manufacturing methods and procedures, including drafting change orders and deviations. Program production equipment effectively. Identify and resolve process, material, or equipment issues, offering solutions to minimize downtime. Design, assemble, procure, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment for efficient production methods. Schedule, perform, and document routine maintenance on manufacturing and testing equipment.
