Homestyle Direct (“HSD”) is an emerging and rapidly growing Food-as-Medicine home-delivered meal company dedicated to delivering high-quality, delicious, and healthy prepared meals to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries nationwide. The company was founded in 1997 in Twin Falls, ID, where it has grown substantially and is expected to exceed $50M in revenue and $10M in EBITDA in 2024. The Company produced and transported ~6 million meals in 2023. Meals are currently procured, warehoused, assembled, packaged, labeled, frozen, and shipped from the company's HQ in Twin Falls, ID. However, due to recent growth, HSD plans to expand operations by opening an additional facility in the Southeastern United States in 2024.
The Quality Technician plays a vital role in monitoring and maintaining all aspects of product safety and quality that enhances the customer experience and our food safety adherence. As such, the Technician performs multiple checks on product in finished goods form and as product is processed to meet our internal standards for food safety and quality. Feedback to quality process owners (e.g. operations technicians and management) with immediate corrective actions implemented is the primary means of ensuring process quality and, subsequently, a high integrity product.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular quality monitoring checks to verify that all products meet customer and legal requirements. (i.e. weight control, seal monitoring, metal detection, meal configuration).
· Daily temperature checks in the production cooler/freezer and shipping freezer.
· Monitor chemicals used for cleaning and sanitation.
· Support the receiving process by monitoring incoming raw materials, inspection of carriers and support inventory control.
· Environmental Monitoring Program testing.
· Ensure sanitation of the facility follows compliance with food safety requirements.
· Monitor critical control point temperatures throughout the production process to ensure temperatures are meeting the standards outlined in the company's HACCP plan.
· Monitoring use and highlighting for disposal of aging finished product or work in progress.
· Collaborate with colleagues in Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality functions to continually improve capability and process efficiency.
· Make decisions concerning product quality, including shutting down the line when processes do not conform to specifications.
· Other duties - to help production when needed, cleaning, etc.

**About the role**
At our Middle Point facility in Murfreeboro, TN, we convert landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas). Our Operations Technician operates the landfill gas processing facility. We process the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality.
The RNG Operator will operate and maintain Landfill gas to High BTU processing facility; which will include Guild gas process, Gas Compressors, CO2 removal system, Thermal-Oxidizers, and H2S removal systems. We also perform intermediate to sophisticated level Instrument and Control repair, maintenance, calibration and solving.
**Schedule**
There will be four set schedules of 12 hours shifts from either 7a-7p or 7p-7a to all for 24/7 coverage of the site. The schedule is subject to change per business needs and management discretion.
**Key accountabilities**
+ Own the safe operation of the plant during assigned shift in the most efficient and productive method to maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and prescribed safety and environmental standards.
+ Make periodic inspections of plant equipment to resolve accurate and normal operating conditions. Check and record operational data such as fluid levels, temperatures and pressures, compare to trends and have the ability to make corrections as needed.
+ Review daily operating reports and other records to ensure specified operating characteristics in control of the plant equipment.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and solving on plant instrumentation and equipment.
+ Detect and correct faulty and malfunctioning mechanical and electrical components, devices and equipment.
+ Operate sophisticated instrumentation and process control systems.
+ Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
+ Tackle and repair electrical system wiring from control wiring up to 480 volts. Install, remove and modify equipment.
+ Advise Lead Operation Technician and Regional Manager of shutdown or major changes in power output of unit.
+ Maintain all plant equipment and structures per manufactures and Archaea Energy guidelines.
+ Maintain a clean work space including the plant building, control room, rest room, break room and grounds.
+ Maintain daily operation logs for shift per prescribed standards.
+ Assist in planning maintenance and outage activities.
+ Assist in defining, ordering and procuring all required parts.
+ Responds in a timely manner to callouts and works overtime as the need arises.
+ Perform analytical tests as needed (i.e. PH, Conductivity, methane, H2S, moisture).
+ Support all facets of Hazardous waste handling and management in accordance with training. Duties may range from filling of waste containers, accurate labeling, movement of containers, completing appropriate paperwork, and signing of Hazardous waste shipping manifest or receiving hazardous products.
+ This position requires 25%-50% travel per month (First 12 months in the position will require 50% travel per month when hired for a new plant. Travel requirement will reduce to 25% per month when working at an existing plant or in year 2 and beyond for a new plant).
**Essential education**
+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
**Essential experience**
+ Intermediate Electrical, Chemical and Mechanical experience.
+ Previous landfill gas operation experience a plus, minimum of 1-3 years in landfill gas processing, chemical plant operations, industrial gas operations, or power plant operations or equivalent.
+ Understanding of process control systems as applied to landfill gas collection and processing.
+ Technical / Solving skills with ability to read and understand sophisticated technical manuals and schematics.
+ Understanding a variety of sensors and transducer systems, calibrate, and solve different types of pressure, level, flow and temperature sensors, understand the complete plant process and how it's affected by the control system, including fixing mechanical systems as the need arises.
+ Knowledge of basic math, gas chemistry, piping and instrumentation drawings.
+ Follow established procedures with minimal amount of general supervision (i.e., work independently).
+ Ability to recognize colors, able to distinguish between the red and green status indicators on PLC and wire colors.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
+ Ability to speak optimally to employees of the organization.
+ Ability to tackle practical problems and take care of concrete variables.

Responsibilities
The general scope of this position's responsibility is to work closely with the Helpers, Set Up Techs and the Shift Supervisors. You must also be able to work closely with the Quality Control Technicians in case of quality problems. You must be able to perform all of your duties in a safe and timely fashion. The technician's main responsibility is to keep the line running acceptable quality product.
Maintain operation of designated line.
Be able to supervise Helpers on line and be responsible for their actions.
Ability to take ownership of the line when it is down and be responsible for getting the line back up and running under normal running conditions.
Ability to train their helpers to perform properly in accordance with the helper's responsibilities.
Responsible for following safety rules, such as wearing safety gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection and safety glasses in assigned areas and the appropriate safety procedures that apply. A technician is also responsible for the enforcement of safety rules to the helper.
Responsible for clean ups and daily clean up that is due by the end of the shift.
Ability to do all technician paperwork, key information into the computer system, and be responsible for all products run on the line.
Ability to understand the process and operation of the equipment.
Drive forklift as needed to move skids and/or supplies in a safe manner.

As a Coating Technician, you will be focused on applying coatings to various manufactured products. These coatings might be protective, decorative, or functional, and are added during different stages of production. Additionally, as a Coating Technician you will be responsible for ensuring product durability, resistance, and compliance with industry standards. For the night shift, there will be C Shift and D Shift:

Work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday - 48 Hours (off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
D Shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am (12-hour shifts)
Work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 36 Hours (off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday)
The schedule alternates weekly:
One week, C Shift works the days that D Shift has off, and vice versa.
The following week, the shifts flip, with D Shift working the days that C Shift worked the previous week.
This shift is eligible for a $1.75 shift differential.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Set up, load, and operate automated coating process equipment, including Dip-spin and E-Coat, for fasteners manufactured in-house. Manage process controls using HMIs and system software to ensure smooth operation. Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the coating processes. (60%)
Prepare components for cleaning and the application of pretreatment materials or other preparations required before and during the coating processes. Select, mix, prepare, and adjust the pretreatment and coating materials based on specific job requirements, using materials such as solvents and diluting liquids. Prepare and adjust coatings, process chemicals, coating equipment, curing ovens, and transfer conveyors, ensuring the quality control of finished products. Monitor the application process to ensure even distribution of coatings and adequate curing for conformance to product specifications. Conduct quality assurance tests to verify the thickness, adherence, and consistency of the coatings. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with health and safety regulations. Record process parameters and results accurately in the production logs for quality control purposes. Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety protocols to contribute to the operational efficiency and compliance of the manufacturing facility. Identify and troubleshoot process or equipment problems to minimize downtime and waste. Train new employees in work procedures with intentional and effective guidance. (40%)

About the role
At our Middle Point facility in Murfreeboro, TN, we convert landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas). Our Operations Technician operates the landfill gas processing facility. We process the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality.
The RNG Operator will operate and maintain Landfill gas to High BTU processing facility; which will include Guild gas process, Gas Compressors, CO2 removal system, Thermal-Oxidizers, and H2S removal systems. We also perform intermediate to sophisticated level Instrument and Control repair, maintenance, calibration and solving.
Schedule
There will be four set schedules of 12 hours shifts from either 7a-7p or 7p-7a to all for 24/7 coverage of the site. The schedule is subject to change per business needs and management discretion.
Key accountabilities
Own the safe operation of the plant during assigned shift in the most efficient and productive method to maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and prescribed safety and environmental standards.
Make periodic inspections of plant equipment to resolve accurate and normal operating conditions. Check and record operational data such as fluid levels, temperatures and pressures, compare to trends and have the ability to make corrections as needed.
Review daily operating reports and other records to ensure specified operating characteristics in control of the plant equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and solving on plant instrumentation and equipment.
Detect and correct faulty and malfunctioning mechanical and electrical components, devices and equipment.
Operate sophisticated instrumentation and process control systems.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
Tackle and repair electrical system wiring from control wiring up to 480 volts. Install, remove and modify equipment.
Advise Lead Operation Technician and Regional Manager of shutdown or major changes in power output of unit.
Maintain all plant equipment and structures per manufactures and Archaea Energy guidelines.
Maintain a clean work space including the plant building, control room, rest room, break room and grounds.
Maintain daily operation logs for shift per prescribed standards.
Assist in planning maintenance and outage activities.
Assist in defining, ordering and procuring all required parts.
Responds in a timely manner to callouts and works overtime as the need arises.
Perform analytical tests as needed (i.e. PH, Conductivity, methane, H2S, moisture).
Support all facets of Hazardous waste handling and management in accordance with training. Duties may range from filling of waste containers, accurate labeling, movement of containers, completing appropriate paperwork, and signing of Hazardous waste shipping manifest or receiving hazardous products.
This position requires 25%-50% travel per month (First 12 months in the position will require 50% travel per month when hired for a new plant. Travel requirement will reduce to 25% per month when working at an existing plant or in year 2 and beyond for a new plant).

Previous landfill gas operation experience a plus, minimum of 1-3 years in landfill gas processing, chemical plant operations, industrial gas operations, or power plant operations or equivalent.

Technical / Solving skills with ability to read and understand sophisticated technical manuals and schematics.
Understanding a variety of sensors and transducer systems, calibrate, and solve different types of pressure, level, flow and temperature sensors, understand the complete plant process and how it's affected by the control system, including fixing mechanical systems as the need arises.
Knowledge of basic math, gas chemistry, piping and instrumentation drawings.
Follow established procedures with minimal amount of general supervision (i.e., work independently).
Ability to recognize colors, able to distinguish between the red and green status indicators on PLC and wire colors.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for performing routine manufacturing activities across GMP manufacturing areas, including: Cell Culture, Downstream Purification, and Fill & Finish at the Lebanon Advanced Therapies, LP2 site.
Initially, the Operator will be responsible for supporting execution of equipment qualification, developing site operations procedures and setting up production areas. During this initial project delivery/startup phase of the project, roles will be fluid and dynamic. Once the plant is operational, the Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for execution of production activities on their shift under the leadership of the shift supervisor.
As a Manufacturing Operator, your responsibilities will include:
* Work in a cleanroom environment to produce advanced therapies in a safe and quality manner.

About the role At our Middle Point facility in Murfreeboro, TN, we convert landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas).
Our Operations Technician operates the landfill gas processing facility.
We process the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality.
The RNG Operator will operate and maintain Landfill gas to High BTU processing facility; which will include Guild gas process, Gas Compressors, CO2 removal system, Thermal-Oxidizers, and H2S removal systems.
We also perform intermediate to sophisticated level Instrument and Control repair, maintenance, calibration and solving.
ScheduleThere will be four set schedules of 12 hours shifts from either 7a-7p or 7p-7a to all for 24/7 coverage of the site.
The schedule is subject to change per business needs and management discretion.
Key accountabilities Own the safe operation of the plant during assigned shift in the most efficient and productive method to maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and prescribed safety and environmental standards.
Make periodic inspections of plant equipment to resolve accurate and normal operating conditions.
Check and record operational data such as fluid levels, temperatures and pressures, compare to trends and have the ability to make corrections as needed.

Lilly is currently constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for production of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) molecules located in Lebanon, IN. Position Brand Description:
The Quality Improvement Technician (QIT) will develop and improve the control systems to support the production of API molecules used in Lilly medicines. A successful candidate will interface with the Process Team to allow the teams to measure, evaluate, and improve performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost while upholding a safety-first, quality-always mindset.
In the project delivery phase and startup phase of the project (startup expected 2025 to 2027), roles will be fluid and dynamic as we endeavor to support the project delivery, build a new organization, develop and implement the necessary systems and business processes required to support GMP operations, and build the site culture. This will require significant collaboration, creativity and resilience as the site grows to a full scale GMP manufacturing through start up.

Feedback to quality process owners (e.g. operations technicians and management) with immediate corrective actions implemented is the primary means of ensuring process quality and, subsequently, a high integrity product.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality monitoring checks to verify that all product meet customer and legal requirements. (i.e. weight control, seal monitoring, metal detection, meal configuration).
Daily temperature checks in the production cooler/freezer and shipping freezer.
Monitor chemicals used for cleaning and sanitation.
Support the receiving process by monitoring incoming raw materials, inspection of carriers and support inventory control.
Environmental Monitoring Program testing.
Ensure sanitation of the facility is in compliance with food safety requirements.
Monitor critical control point temperatures throughout the production process to ensure temperatures are meeting the standards outlined in the company's HACCP plan.
Monitoring use and highlighting for disposal of aging finished product or work in progress.
Collaborate with colleagues in Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality functions to continually improve capability and process efficiency.
Make decisions concerning product quality, including shutting down the line when processes do not conform to specifications.
Other duties - to help production when needed, cleaning, etc.
