Objective

Properly documents new procedures and machine changes or additions. Accurately completes all paperwork associated with PM and machine downtime.
Assists in creating special fixtures or modify existing equipment with the use of surface grinders, milling machines, arc welder, and lathes.
Utilizes various diagnostic equipment and measuring devices such as voltmeters, calipers, micrometers, and oscilloscopes.
Supports and participates in the Company's management and quality system including continuous improvement efforts.
Experience: 5+ years experience, within automated assembly equipment
Education: High School or Equivalent
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment operating under PLC's, robotics, machining, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensor controls.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills with strong time and project management skills.

Objective

May complete purchase requisitions for the purchase of spare parts.
Investigates causes of machine problems, raw materials, tooling and equipment. Recommends improvements to processes and equipment to improve efficiency.
Properly documents new procedures and machine changes or additions. Accurately completes all paperwork associated with PM and machine downtime.
May create special fixtures or modify existing equipment with the use of surface grinders, milling machines, arc welder, and lathes.
Utilizes various diagnostic equipment and measuring devices such as voltmeters, calipers, micrometers, and oscilloscopes.
Supports and participates in the Company's management and quality system including continuous improvement efforts.
Experience: 2+ years' equipment maintenance technician in an automated assembly production environment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to operate / diagnose a variety of automated assembly production equipment within an electronics assembly (PLC's, sensing, robots pick/place).
