Performs and records production counts of finished product and transports finished product to the designated area.
Works in Instrument Manufacturing up to 25% of the time depending on Instrument demand vs. Pip/Dil demand."

GENERAL FUNCTION

Position Summary: The
Production Technician

Your Role:
The ManufacturingTechnician 2 at the Broadway site is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Responsibilities include:
* Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.
* Set up and operate processing equipment, including filter integrity testers, pumps, autoclaves, and high-throughput bag lines.
* Perform production operations, such as aseptic gowning, hand-filling, equipment prep, and in-process assays.
* Execute and document batch records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of logbooks and compliance with quality guidelines.
* Coordinate material flow, including delivery of products to the warehouse using motorized pallet jacks and proper labeling of in-process items.
* Clean equipment and work areas, manage waste disposal, and maintain compliance documentation.
* Communicate production status and deviations, escalating issues to supervisors and supporting Manufacturing Tech 1 activities.
* Follow all safety and quality procedures, participate in required training, and take corrective action to resolve unsafe conditions.
