As a Core Operations Technician (COT), you'll be one of the most trusted eyes and ears on the ground. Your Experience and Qualifications
2-7 years of experience of working in a critical facility, not necessarily a data center.
Given the nature of our work, technical expertise-particularly in fields such as mechanical, electrical, automation, HVAC, plumbing, or manufacturing-is highly valued and closely aligned with day-to-day responsibilities.

Role Summary:
Responsible for measuring, threading adjusting flange fit, and facing the flange on piece of pipe. Work also includes operation of the machine and a crane to move pipe in and out of machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify fabrication requirements written on each piece of pipe (5%)
Place pipe in machine, center the pipe, and tighten for work. After the pipe is in place, the operator will machine tapered threads into the pipe. During this process, the machine operator is responsible for verifying measurements, such as thread depth and correct taper (30%)
After the threads are cut the operator tests the flange to make sure it screws onto the pipe properly. Adjustments are made to the threads if an issue occurs (10%)
Applies glue on pipe and flange and uses the machine to tighten the flange onto the pipe (20%)
Runs the cutting tool across the surface of the face of the flange to flush fit the flange onto the pipe (30%)
Remove pipe from machine and place on boards (5%)

Pay: Up to $38/HR D.O.E (Includes $2 Night Differential) Full-Time: 5:00 PM-5:00 AM Schedule: 2-2-3, every other weekend w/3 consecutive days off!
This position is responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment. (S)he will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
Follow all required work safe practices. This would include compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Essential Duties:
Repair and maintain a variety of equipment and perform preventative maintenance on distribution center and/or manufacturing equipment
Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot, analyze and predict upcoming failures
Dismantle machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas
Operate metalworking machines such as bench lathes, milling machines, punch presses, and drive presses to fabricate housings, fittings, jogs and fixtures
Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems
Remove and/or replace worn or defective parts

Fluency in English; speak, read, and write
2+ years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience or experience in a related field
