Frequent coordination with customers and suppliers for review and interpretation of quality requirements and inspection points. Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D problem-solving processes to identify, correct, and prevent recurrence of quality issues Works to obtain and maintain American Society for Quality membership and certification as a Quality Technician. Background and Experience A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Quality with an Associate's degree, preferably in a Quality, Technical, or related field. In the absence of an Associate's degree, a minimum of nine (9) years of direct experience in Quality is required. Must be familiar with materials and processes associated with manufacturing (including welding, NDE, metrology, quality assurance, quality control activities, quality auditing (e.g., ASME, API, ASNT, ISO9001), and 5S/lean manufacturing concepts. Must hold an NDE Level III certification across various disciplines.
