About the Role: The Manufacturing Packaging Technician will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and palletizing products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Performs work to load or stuff different products, merchandise, or parts into their proper containers.
Package / Assemble / Label material as detailed on the work order while in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
Counts items that are placed into different containers.
Reviews packing lists to make sure that all items are inside.
Stage finished product for loading.
Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged raw material is accepted in.
Perform and ensure that thorough, routine cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms is performed according to appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's).
Fully understand and adhere to instructions as detailed in the relevant documentation and SOP's.
Operate forklift, and delivery truck.
Count and record materials required for use in the packaging operation.
Provide legible and accurate written information to general documentation.
Undertake additional duties of specific projects designated by Production Manager in conjunction with normal Production Operator duties.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 - 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment or chemical processing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow safe handling procedures for corrosive acids and bases
Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical equipment and corrosion resistance requirements
Ability to understand electrical circuits and wiring
Experience related to clean room manufacturing, troubleshooting equipment failures and contamination issues
Ability to maneuver heavy drums with drum truck.

Your diverse set of skills, including strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team, will be essential as you:
Perform operational tasks to meet project requirements, including forming, furnace and kiln loading/unloading, and maintain process equipment.
Inspect production parts for quality, including density and dimensional measurements, and other checks.

Disassemble, repair, and troubleshoot equipment.

You will use your attention to detail and understanding of continuous improvement/lean initiatives to collaborate with them to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.

As a Trek Production Technician, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about keeping bikes running flawlessly and building relationships so their owners love riding them. We are looking for a skilled technician who will complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the team. This Lead Technician role focuses on repairing bikes quickly and consistently, while keeping accuracy and quality a top priority. The team and our customers will be trusting you with the most complex repairs. This role requires elevated technical skills as well as communication, leadership, and problem solving.

About the Role
We are seeking a Production Laborer to join our Saxonburg, PA facility. In this role, you will operate various production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers to safely process magnesium materials according to customer specifications. This position plays a vital part in producing high-quality materials used in MREs, chemical response kits, countermeasure flares, and other mission-critical products.
You will work collaboratively as part of a production team under the guidance of a Team Leader and may be required to flex across related tasks as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers to process magnesium materials according to customer specifications. (training given)
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Monitor and control production processes, perform required measurements and tests, and adjust equipment settings to ensure right-first-time quality products.
* Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain continuous production flow and meet short-term manufacturing goals.
* Apply a basic understanding of chemistry and mechanical operations to effectively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production processes.
* Perform basic troubleshooting, notify maintenance or team leaders when issues arise, and assist with equipment repairs as needed.
