Job Description
General Summary:
The Production Technician is responsible for the running and oversight of automation equipment for EnviroLogix's Value Capture business line of Lateral Flow Strip (LFD). The automation equipment cuts and assembles rolls of finished LFD material into finished comb format. Responsibilities include ownership and monitoring of the automation equipment, execution of roll changeovers, and execution of any daily preventative maintenance (i.e. - cleaning blades for cutting). Additional responsibilities will be defined as the business needs, this could include running a material pouching machine, lamination or quality control.
Responsibilities Include:
Monitoring of the automation equipment
Execution of changeovers on the automation equipment
Execution of daily preventative maintenance as specified in the SOPs
Ensure machine uptime is optimally maintained throughout the shift
Oversight of the finished product kitting cell to ensure no stoppages related to the outfeed station of the automation equipment
Prompt escalation of any equipment issues and/or stoppages to the Automation Engineer and Supervisor for resolution
Updates to batch records and visual management based on shift output of the finished product
Following established safe work practices and working in a safe manner, following EnviroLogix safety policies and procedures, and for reporting any unsafe or hazardous condition to their supervisor or the Environmental, Health, and Safety department for corrective action
Develop self and team through EBOS (Ensign-Bickford Operating System)

Our Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for multiple activities in support of manufacturing, focusing on the maintenance of Lam Plasma Etchers (9600, 9400 and 4520 models), Fusion Ashers, automated and manual wet decks (JST, TEL and SEZ models), SRD's, and all support equipment. This also involves troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvements. These repairs and procedures are performed in an environment where toxic gas, acids, solvents, high voltage, and kinetic energy hazards may exist. Candidate must be comfortable working around chemicals in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Nightshift provides a 15% shift differential on top of the base pay.
Working hours: 6:00pm to 6:00am, 3 nights on / 3 nights off.
Initial work hours may involve daytime training, 8:00am to 5:00pm, 5 days per week for 10 to 52 weeks.
Work is performed within a clean room environment that requires the wearing of a smock, hood, booties, latex gloves, and safety glasses.

We are seeking Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. Your primary duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their operations, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.
Location: Porstmouth, NH
What you will be doing:
Tasks associated with the operation, inspecting, and packaging of finished goods, including quality checks (visual inspection of parts for defects - fill levels, packaging, and others).
Complete production operations work orders accurately.
Perform equipment set-up and changeover, basic preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, work area, and facility while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles in all areas of responsibility.
Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI), 5S, and other continuous improvement and lean projects.
Comply with safety and regulatory regulations, policies, and procedures.
Exercise proper lifting, bending, and twisting techniques.
Skills you will need:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with working in chemical/glass manufacturing is preferred
