Attain qualification for all assigned tasks and maintain individual training plan. Perform material movements, transfer raw materials, chemicals into, out of, across the production areas. Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, support 6S programs. Must be willing to gown and work in a "clean room " environment. Administrative tasks attending shift exchange, meetings, sending/receiving emails, participating in projects. Perform other duties as assigned. It is expected that the Production Technician I will rapidly develop sufficient expertise to function independently with minimal supervision from the Manager of Manufacturing Operations. We have found that our most effective collaboration and creative output stem from daily in-person interactions. As such, this role requires a full-time presence at our office in Saco, ME, and remote work is not an option for this position. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately and efficiently fills small tubes and bottles with MMQCI products according to written, detailed SOPs. Precise delivery of small volumes using manual electronic micropipettes repetitively is required to fill product vials. Stringently follows all MMQCI's protocols to protect product integrity, including repetitive cleaning of benches, and donning of gloves, booties, lab coats, facemasks and hairnets and other PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as appropriate. Carefully assembles small tubes, bottles and caps using aseptic technique while working in a laminar flow cabinet, and precisely aligns labels on small tubes, bottles and product kit boxes.
