THE FINE PRINT:

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Technician drives to customer locations, meets with end users to determine the problem or need, and then makes repairs or performs maintenance as needed. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates daily activities between:
Service call dispatch personnel regarding service call activity and completion
Parts personnel for the procuring and status of repair parts
Management to ensure that all possible resources have been made available for the proper maintenance and repair of equipment
Other production technicians to identify effectiveness of corrective actions in the field

THE FINE PRINT:
