Key Responsibilities Support facility qualification, start-up activities, and development of GMP operating paradigms for cell therapy and viral vector manufacturing. Assist with technology transfers, capacity-building initiatives, and risk mitigation to ensure therapy quality. Qualifications 0-2 years in GMP biopharmaceutical operations, ideally with cell therapy, mammalian cell culture, or microbial fermentation experience. Proven ability to execute cGMP operations safely and accurately. Fast learner, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Physical Requirements Ability to visually verify batch records, SOPs, equipment parameters, and product quality (corrective lenses acceptable). Ability to stand for extended periods, step over gowning benches, and aseptically don full sterile and non-sterile gowns. What You Will Do Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Independently perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex functional test failures on electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
