The Opportunity As part of the production team, reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your Impact Ensure outputs meet production schedules, safety and quality standards, as well as customer needs Operate, and monitor equipment, detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine, controls, or control media within capabilities as required to ensure quality of production Ensure proper use of required personal protective equipment at all times Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and tools Record, mark and report any defective products Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris throughout and at end of day Troubleshoot or resolve product or equipment problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, product quality, and safety Communicate professionally with leadership team, production control, quality, and other team members as appropriate to resolve machining, product or quality issues Remove parts or completed products from conveyors and pack goods onto pallets Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards Your Experience, Skills & Education High school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience working in agriculture manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
